摘要
绝对式圆感应同步器是一种模拟式的精密绝对角度传感器,其测角系统的精度需要通过实验检测并校正。介绍了目前常用的两种检测方法,提出了一种基于经纬仪的检测方法。利用光学向量反射和坐标变换原理对该方法进行了理论分析。指出了测量系统的固有误差,给出了系统误差的表达式及其分离方法。理论分析与实验数据一致。
The absolute rotary lnductosyn is an accurate analog transducer of absolute angle. An accurate measuring circuit should be implemented for it. The system precision must be tested by experiments, and could be improved by the results. Two common test methods are introduced. Then an appropriate way based on theodolite is presented, and analyzed by using theories of optical vector reflection and coordinate transform. The system errors are pointed out and their expressions are determined. Then the separating method is given. The analysis accords with the experiment.
