区域矿产资源竞争力评价模型构建

矿产资源是社会经济发展的基础和保障。区域矿产资源的竞争力强弱,直接决定本地区的矿业发展水平和矿产品供应能力。在给出矿产资源竞争力概念的基础上,对其内涵进行了较为详尽的描述;全面分析影响地区矿产资源竞争力的各个方面要素,建立了包含矿产资源禀赋、矿产资源开发、矿业市场发展、生态环境影响、社会经济支持五大评价系统、22项评价指标的区域矿产资源竞争力评价指标体系;结合各指标的分析、测算,构建了简便实用的分析评价模型,为开展地区矿产资源竞争力研究提供了现实的研究方法和思路。

Mineral resource is the foundation for social economy development. Competitive capacity of regional mineral resources depends on the developmental level of mineral industry and the supply capacity of mineral resource products. Based on the conception of mineral resources capacity, its connotation has been elaborated in this paper and the influencing factors have been analyzed. The evaluating indexes include five evaluating systems （mineral resources elements, resources exploitation, mining market, environmental influence, social economy sustentation） and 22 evaluating factors. Combining with the factors calculation, the application models have been supplied. The feasible research method and approach of regional resources competitive capacity have been provided.
