房地产业与中国国民经济总量关系研究

The Research on the Relationship between the Real Estate and the Total Amount of China′s National Economy

就房地产业增加值占GDP比重、房地产业对GDP增长的贡献、房地产业投资对国民经济增长的贡献分别做了探讨。另一方面,就国民经济总量变动对房地产业的影响进行了分析。结合两方面的研究,文章在总体上给出了相关结论。

This study respectively makes discussions on the proportion of GDP accounted for the added value of real estate, real estate＇s contribution to the growth of the GDP, the real estate investment＇s contribution to the growth of the national economy. On the other hand, it also analyzes the impact of the national economy＇s total changing on realty business. Combining with the studies of the two aspects, some conclusions are proposed finally.
