Analysis of Pension Dilemma in Japan

老龄化和少子化正在为日本的养老金制度带来严峻的挑战,而日益降低的参保率将会继续恶化日本的养老金体系。近年来尽管日本对养老金体系进行了多次改革,但仍然不能满足未来养老金正常运转的要求。对日本未来的养老金制度改革做出一些分析,认为养老金制度与日本未来的经济发展具有高度的关联性,它成为日本经济发展的一个不容忽视的因素。

Aging population and low fertility have been bringing great challenge to Japan pension system. A decreasing participation in this system will exacerbate those unresolved problems. Although much effort has been implemented in recent years, they still far lag behind what is required in the future. This study proposes that pension dilemma is highly associated with the economic development in the future. Japanese government cannot ignore this factor.
