团体心理辅导提高贫困大学生自我接纳水平的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以石家庄经济学院36名有心理症状的贫困大学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组进行团体辅导,采用自我接纳量问卷作为测量工具,对实验组和对照组进行测查,用SPSS11.5统计软件对结果进行分析。实验组经过团体心理辅导后,自我接纳水平较对照组有显著提高;成员自信心普遍增强,对自己有了公正客观的认识,能积极悦纳自己。团体心理辅导与贫困大学生自我接纳变化的相关性,为贫困大学生心理健康工作提供借鉴和参考。 Taking 36 impoverished students with psychological symptom in Shijiazhuang University of Economics as research object, we divided them into two groups, which are test group and comparison group. Then we use admission questionnaire as survey tools to measure contrast group and test group and analyze the results with SPSSll. 5 software. Self-acceptance of test group had improved notably than contrast group after group guidance. The confidence for members who participate in group guidance are generally strengthened, they have impartiality and objectivity of their own awareness, and can actively accept themselves. This research result could offer reference for university student's psychological health work.
