This paper described the ultimate idea in constructing the provincial demonstration center for the basis of computer experimental teaching, and the characteristics of the center, namely the multi-dimensional experimental teaching system, advanced and opening experimental teaching environment, powerful experimental teaching group, scientific and high effective management system.
