摘要
分析了高校经济管理实验室的科研、验证与技能实训三大功能,提出了从服务于教学的验证实验与技能实训的功能上强化实验室建设,就必须从实验环境、实验模式、实验中,学生主体作用的发挥、实验的激励考评制度等方面进行创新性建设。分析了高校经济管理实验室创新性建设中存在的一些问题。提出了学校应从管理制度上创造出激励创新的机制,应从实验室与系院教师在实验中作用的根本定位上,为实验室的创新性建设创造较大的发展空间。
This article analyzed three functions of research, approval, skill-training of college economy management laboratory, and proposed it should strengthen the development of laboratory, in terms of education-oriented approving experiment and skill-training function, and called for an innovative construction on these aspects such as experimental environment, experimental model, the subjective role-exerting of students in experiment, as well as the incentive and evaluation rules. This article also analyzed some difficulties and problems existing in the innovative development of college economy management laboratory, put forward an idea that colleges and universities should create innovation incentive mechanism in aspect of management, on the ultimate fixation of functions of both laboratory and faculty staff, tried to create much larger room for laboratory innovative development.
