摘要
采用参与式农村快速评估方法,对腾冲北海湿地社区共管问题进行调查研究,分析社区共管的基础以及面临的威胁与挑战,从社区共管的机制化、提供激励机制和加强自身发展能力等方面对实现社区共管的措施进行探讨,提出实现共管规划的建议.
Beihai Wetland Nature Reserve is situated the Beihai township in the northeast of Tengchong County, Yunnan Province. The Participatory Rural Appraisal （PRA） method was adopted to study the community co-management in the reserve area. The current status of the community co-management, challenge and the threats from adjacent communities on the nature reserve were analyzed. Then the measures for further community co-management plan were discussed in terms of the mechanism to deal with community public relations, introduction of incentive mechanism and the strengthening of self-development.
