稀土Nd掺杂对化学沉积Fe-P合金结构的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 在化学镀Fe-P镀液配方的基础上,制备Fe-Nd-P化学镀层,研究掺杂稀土Nd的化合物对化学沉积速率和镀层结构、形貌的影响。结果表明,在镀液中掺杂稀土改变了合金沉积速率;使镀层具有更均匀的细晶粒分布和更紧密的结构。 Based on the electroless Fe-P alloy deposits, rare earth, such as Nd were added in the bath to prepare Fe-Nd-P films. The effect of Nd on the deposition and structure of deposits were studied. The results show that the addition of RE can change the deposition rate and the grain size of the Fe-Nd-P films is much smaller and the structure is much denser.
