摘要
对Cu-Al-Be超弹性合金做拉伸试验,用金相显微镜原位观察马氏体生长特点和组织变化。在拉伸过程中,β母相转变为马氏体,其后马氏体开始出现了内部生长、末端开叉、内部二次细分等多种方式生成的马氏体变体。在每一个新马氏体形成的过程中,出现了一些应力的突变,导致应力-应变曲线上出现应力波谷。
The characteristic of martensitic growth and change of structure were observed by microscopy during the tensile tests of Cu-Al-Be superelastic alloy. In tensile process the β parent phase change into martenste,with increase of stress,martensitic plates change into various martensitic variants in several orientations form, due to inside growth, split at the end of martensite plates. In new martensite formation, valleys in the stress-stain curve appear.
