摘要 研究了不同的永磁材料及其温度对内置式永磁电机的性能影响。给出了现代牵引电机二维有限元瞬态模型,采用有限元方法计算了不同型号的铷铁硼永磁材料及不同温度时电机的转矩、转矩纹波及齿槽转矩,并对其进行了比较分析。其结论对电机设计研究者及工程师具有指导参考意义。 This paper presents impacts of different permanent magnet materials and their temperatures on the performance of the interior permanent magnet (IPM) machines. Variations of the average toque, torque ripple, cogging torque and no - load EMF with different neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet materials and the operation temperature variation are investigated. An advanced traction motor is modelled in the paper, The finite element method is used to calculate the ripple torque and cogging torque of the IPM machine. With the aid of the simulation results, some useful conclusions are drawn, which can help researchers and engineers in the IPM machine design area.
