摘要
对纳米TiO2催化CaO燃烧脱除氮氧化物进行了实验研究。探讨了纳米TiO2添加量、Ca/N摩尔比、燃烧温度及不同条件下制备的纳米TiO2对分析纯CaO脱除氮氧化物效率的影响。纳米TiO2添加剂,工艺条件变化对NOx脱除效率影响的变化规律:NOx脱除效率随着纳米TiO2含量的增加迅速增加,最佳比例为8%,单独脱除效率在36.5%,加入CaO后,脱除效率提升到40.6%;不同Ca/N,氮氧化物去除率不同,实验数据表明最佳Ca/N为1.22;燃烧温度对纳米TiO2的脱氮效率也有很大的影响,最佳燃烧温度为850℃;对于不同温度下合成的TiO2,750℃下合成的TiO2脱除效率最高。
Experiment research of nanometer TiO2 catalytic combustion to CaO denitrogenation was studied. The effects of analytical grade CaO denitrogenation by nanometer TiO2 addition, Ca/N molar ratio, nanometer TiO2 that prepared at different conditions and combustion temperature were discussed. The order of denitrogenation with different nanometer TiO2 and CaO additions is: the effect of denitrogenation markedly increased by adding more TiO2 addition, but the optimum proportion is 8 96, the efficiency of denitrogenation of nanometer TiO2 is 36.5 % ; after adding CaO, the effect reached 40.6 %, the experiment results showed that the optimum of Ca/N is 1.22; the effect of denitrogenation is infected largely by the combustion temperature , the optimistic combustion temperature is 850℃, comparing with synthetic TiO2 of different temperature, the 750℃ - synthetic - TiO2 has the best denitrogenation efficiency.
