摘要
分析了广钢供电系统中部分主变功率因数偏低的原因,重点介绍了将原40 t电炉35kV静止补偿系统的电容器组改造为6kV系统并联电容无功补偿装置的设计方案。广钢进行了该项目的改造后,大大提高了电网整体的功率因数,取得了良好的经济效益。
This text analyzed the reasons of low power factor of some transformer in GISE's power supply system. It mainly introduced the design proposal of using the 6kV system paraller capacitor reactive-load compensation device instead of the 35kV static compensation system in 40t EAF. After the reform, the power factor of the integral electric network was improved and good economic returns were obtained.
