摘要
检测负载电源变化,得到Igreen;检测芯片电源变化,得到Iburst。利用这两个检测电流控制振荡器的振荡频率及截止时间,从而实现变频工作模式和间歇工作模式,两种工作模式的结合保证了大的动态范围,使空载状态下的功耗降低到60mW。采用1μm 40V CMOS工艺流片,芯片面积为2.7mm2。
Igreen was obtained by monitoring load power; Igreen was obtained by monitoring chip power. These two current value was used for controlling the osc frequency and osc off-time. So the circuit working modes include frequency conversion mode and intermission mode, the working way guarantees a large dynamic range and makes the power consumption lower than 60 mW at zero-load. The layout was achieved by 1 μm 40 V CMOS processing technique and the chip area is 2.7 mm×2.7 mm.
