肝癌双插管介入治疗

Dual catheterizational interventional treatment to liver carcinoma

我院自1990年始，对无法手术切除的32例原发性肝癌及20例原发灶可切除的继发性肝癌行经肝动脉、门静脉双插管介入治疗。术后半年、一年、二年生存率分别为原发性肝癌40％、19％、6％：继发性肝癌95%、65%、20%。原发性肝癌肿瘤缩小＞50%为37%，25%～50%为34%，＜25%为28%：继发性肝癌分别为40%、25%、35%。部分患者AFP、CEA降至正常。结果表明双插管介人治疗对肝癌有一定疗效。

Since l990, 32 cases 0f unresectable primary liver carcinomas and 2O cases 0f metastaticliver carcin0mas, whose original tumor resected, were treated with dual catheterizational interverti0naltherapy thr0ugh both hepatic atery and portal ve1n. The O. 5-, l - and 2-year survlva1 rates wele 40%,l19 % and 6 % for prlmary cancers and 95 %. 6O9i, and 20% respectively for secondry cancers. The tumorreduction rates of >5O%, 25% ~5O>6 and wt25 !rt were demonstrated in 37 54, 34% and 28%d of the pri-mary cases, and 4O y6, 25 % and 35 % 0f the secondary cases. Serum AFP 0r CEA returned to normal levelin some cases. It was c0ncluded that the dual caTheterizationa1 therapy had Pr0mising therapeutic effectson liver cancers.
