影响急性重症胰腺炎再手术因素的探讨

The influence factors of reoperation on acute severe pancreatitis (ASP)

对手术治疗的42例急性重症胰腺炎（ASP）利用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析．结果发现对再手术影响最为重要的四项因素为：①血浆白蛋白浓度．②营养支持，③手术时机，①手术方式。本研究对预防ASP再手术有一定作用，为进一步降低ASP再手术率提供了一定的参考依据。

42 cases with ASP undergone by surgical treatment were studied by means of mono-andmultiple factors l0gistic regfessive analysis- The results revealed that the following four factors play animportant role in roperation: (1 )Concentration of plasma albumin; (2 )Nutritious support (3)Opportunityof operation; (4) Alethods 0f operation. It is believed that pay attention to these four factors is valuabletoprevent and decrease the reoperative rate 0f ASP.
