摘要
目的通过对大鼠脑梗死模型不同表观弥散系数(ADC)值测量方法的比较,选取较为合理、有效的测量方法。方法20例线栓法制备的大鼠脑梗死模型,采用b为0、1000s/mm2,行MRDWI扫描,分别在梗死区选取相同面积的单个感兴趣区(ROI)、多个ROI,测量其信号强度(SI)和计算ADC值,并进行统计学分析。结果单个ROI测得的ADC均值较多个ROI低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于线栓法大鼠脑梗死模型,多个ROI测得的ADC值较单个ROI测得的ADC值能更好地反映缺血再灌注状态。
Objective To compare the different measurements of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) on rat cerebral ischemia models, selecting the more reasonable and effective measurement. Methods Diffusion weighted imaging was performed on 20 cerebral ischemia rats models by string method at b=0,1 000 s/mm^2.The signal intensity (SI) and the ADC were measured by selecting the same areal single region of interest (ROI), multi-ROI at the infarction zone. Results The mean of ADC at single ROI is lower than that at the multi-ROIs.There was obviously difference between the ADC of single ROI and multitude ROI (P〈0.05). Conclusion The ADC of multitude ROI reflect status of the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the rat cerebral ischemia models preferably.
