消化道恶性肿瘤患者血浆vWF、TM和血清FN测定及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Plasma Von Willebrand Factor, Thrombomodulin and Serum Fibronectin in Patients with Tumors of Digestive Tract

目的测定消化道恶性肿瘤患者血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)和血清纤维结合蛋白(FN)水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫法测定120例消化道恶性肿瘤、40例消化性溃疡和40名正常人vWF、TM和FN的含量。结果肠癌组、胃癌组和肝癌组血浆vWF及TM明显高于消化性溃疡组和正常组,而血清FN则明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。上述指标在消化性溃疡组和正常对照组之间无区别。肿瘤合并感染组和已转移组FN下降,其余指标升高,手术后vWF和TM下降,FN升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者存在内皮细胞损害,且影响消化道肿瘤的转移和预后。

Objective To explore the change of the plasma von Willebrand factor（vWF）,throm-bomodulin（TM） and serum fibronectin（FN） in patients with tumors of digestive trace and its clinical significance. Methods To detect the vWF, TM and FN level in 120 cases of digestive tract tumor patients, 40 cases of digestive ulcer patients and 40 cases of normal controls by ELISA. Results Plasma vWF and TM increased in digestive tract tumor, while FN decreased in those patients. FN decreased in the digestive tract tumor group which combined with infection, in metastasis tumor group and in pre-operation group, while the other indexes increased. Conclusion There is endothelial cell injury in digestive tract tumor patients, it can affect the outcome and prognosis of tumor.
