摘要
对采用添加第三单体共缩聚制得的抗起毛起球涤纶切片在纺丝生产中遇到的若干问题及产品质量等情况作了初步探讨.分析了生产过程中泵供量不足、未拉伸丝和硬并丝的产生原因,简述了所采取的措施及其效果.并就干切片含水率对纺丝的影响及一些主要工艺条件的选择作了分析,根据抗起毛起球要求,应控制成品纤维强力在2.2—2.6cN/dtex,伸长在30%左右为宜,纺丝工艺合理,后拉伸倍数4倍左右。还对纤维性能和仿毛织物的应用情况作了简介。
Several problems found in the spinning of anti-hairy and anti-pilling polyester fiberfrom PET chip which was copolycondensated through the addition of the third monomersand the product quality have been investigated.The main reasons causing bound stiff yarnand undrawn yarn as well as insufficient pump delivery have been analyzed,the measuresperformed and the results also described.The influence of dry chips' water contenton melt spinning and the selection of some technological parameters have beendiscussed.The properties of the fiber and the application in wool-like fabrics alsointroduced in this paper,
