摘要
目的:研究大学生心理状况与强迫症状。方法:采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对1 291名大学生进行测查。结果:大学生心理问题较多,以大三学生、女生心理问题较突出,其中强迫、人际敏感、抑郁排在各因子前三位;强迫、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子与常模比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:大学生心理卫生问题应引起各有关方面的关注。
Objective ：To investigate the mental status and compulsive symptoms in college students. Method：l 291 college students were assessed using the symptom checklist 90 scale （SCL-90）. Results：Psychological problems were common in college students, especially in female senior students. Obsession, interpersonal sensitivity and depression are ranked the top three. There were significant differences in obsession, paranoia,anxiety and psychotic between college students and normal people （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The psychological problems in college students should be paid more attention.
