摘要
提出了一种基于盖革模式(Geigermode)下雪崩二极管(APD)阵列作为接收器件的激光测距新技术。盖革模式下的APD阵列具有单光子探测能力,能够对微弱的激光回波信号实现探测,并能够实现高精度的起始点判别,从而准确地确定激光飞行时间,最终计算出目标距离。实验结果证明相比传统的测距技术,新的测距技术可以实现低激光发射功率下的高精度,远距离测距,为激光测距技术的发展提供了一条新思路。
A novel laser ranging method use Geiger mode APD (avalanche photodiode) arrays is introduced in this paper. In the proposed method, echo signal is received by APD arrays at gate mode, system fulfill photon detecting, start-point distinguish, determine the distance of target ultimately. The results show that with this method ,we can get a higher precision, farther distance with less laser power, comparing with the traditional laser ranging methods. So a new thinking way for the laser ranging is provided.
