介绍了高精度、数字式多量程微欧计的设计方法。对电阻测试仪的整机原理、恒流源电路及放大电路进行较详细的介绍和分析。
This paper dealt with the design of a high precision and digital measuring instrument of multimicro-ohmer. It analyzed in detail the principle, invariableness current source and amplifier of the multimicro-ohmer.
