摘要
针对目前电阻层析成像(ERT)系统实时性欠佳的问题,研制成功一套基于DSP和USB2.0技术的ERT数据采集系统。模块化设计保证了系统良好的可维护性和可扩展性,双极性脉冲电流激励技术和优化的结构设计实现了系统高速的数据采集能力,从而突破了ERT系统数据采集速度的瓶颈问题。测试结果表明,系统在取得良好精度的同时达到1464帧/秒的数据采集速度,满足了实际工业应用的实时性要求。
To improve real-time character of electrical resistance tomography (ERT) system, a data acquisi- tion system for ERT based on DSP and USB2. 0 was developed. The system was designed in a modular fashion , which was easy to maintain and convenient to expand. High - speed data capture rate could be achieved due to utilizing a switched dc current pulse technique and optimized system structure, which solved the bottleneck of data acquisition speed of ERT system. Test results show that a data capture rate of more than 1400 frame/s can be achieved with a satisfying precision, which meets the real-time requirement of process industry.
