摘要
使用正交设计法进行全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体钢丝帘线粘合胶料配方优化。结果表明,可以提供较高的初始粘合力和老化后粘合力保持率的优化配方如下:NR100,炭黑N32657,粘合剂6.9,癸酸钴0.5,促进剂DZ1.13,不溶性硫黄IS-70205.33,防老剂40202,氧化锌8。
The adhesive compound formula for carcass steel cords of TBR was optimized by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum formula which provided high initial adhesive force and adhesive force retention after aging was as follows. NR 100,carbon N326 57,adhesion 6.9,cobait decanoate 0.5,accelerator DZ 1.13,sulfur IS-7020 5.33,antioxidant 4020 2,ZnO 8.
