经阴道注水腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的观察及护理

Observation of in the treatment of sterility due to polycystic ovary syndrome by transvaginal hydrolaparoscopic ovarian drilling and nursing

目的探讨经阴道注水腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术（THLOD）治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的术前、术中及术后护理。方法回顾性分析10例氯米芬抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者接近THLOD手术的术前、术中及术后护理。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，THLOD手术时间为18～27min，术后随访时间（13．9±5．7）个月，已妊娠4例。术中术后无盆腔脏器损伤出血、直肠损伤穿孔、术后穿刺部位出血及盆腔感染等并发症发生。结论根据THLOD手术的特点，熟悉腔镜设备的使用和保养，与医生密切配合，进行相应护理对手术顺利完成具有重要的作用。

Objective To explore the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative nursing in the treatment of sterility due to polycystic ovary syndrome by transvaginal hydrolaparoscopic ovarian drilling （THLOD）. Methods The pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative nursing of 10 patients with clomiphene-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome who accepted THLOD was retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients completed the operation successfully, and the operation times of THLOD were 18 -27 minutes. The follow-up times of post-operation were 13. 9 ± 5. 7 months, and 4 cases were pregnant. There were no complications such as pelvic organ injury bleeding during and after the operation, rectum injury perforation, bleeding in puncture site after the operation and pelvic infection. Conclusions It has important effects to successfully complete the operation that being familiar with the use and maintenance of laparoscopc, and cooperating with doctors according to the features of THLOD operation.
