椎基底动脉狭窄患者行支架成形术的护理

Nursing care of patients underwent transluminal stent-assisted angioplasty of vertebrobasilar artery stenosis

目的探讨椎基底动脉狭窄患者行支架成形术的临床护理特点。方法回顾总结2002年6月—2006年7月共27例椎基底动脉支架成形术患者的护理。结果25例患者均支架置放成功，取得较满意的护理效果。结论术前做好危险因素评估、血压监测，术后严密观察血压、神经系统的变化，可减少术后并发症发生，利于患者的康复。

Objective To have a conclusion on how to nurse the patients underwent transluminal stentassisted angioplasty of vertebrobasilar artery stenosis. Methods The nursing processes for 27 cases of transluminal stent-assisted angioplasty of vertebrobasilar artery stenosis from June 2002 to July 2006 were reviewed and summarized. Results 25 patients were succeeded in the placement of stent and the nursing effects were satisfied. Conclusions It can reduce the complications and be helpful for the patients＇ rehabilitation, if an exact evaluation of individual risk factor and a care of the patients＇ blood pressure are given before the operation, and a close observation of the change on the patients＇ blood pressure and nervous system given after the operation.
