摘要
针对水泵与风机经济运行和节能技术改造中涉及技术经济方案评价的问题,提出经济性分析评价方法,包括抵偿年限法、总费用现值法、最小年费用法和内部回收率法等几种技术经济分析比较法。动态分析法考虑资金的时间价值,它在进行方案的技术分析时,对在方案实施全过程中有关的所有资金款项都考虑了时间因素。动态分析法比静态分析法更符合工程实际,具有良好的合理性,特别适用于水泵经济运行和节能技术的大、中型改造项目。
To evaluate the technical economy plan used in energy-saving technique about pumps with fans in economic operation, an economic analysis and evaluation way was proposed, including: annual compensation, tolal cost cashed value, and inner recollection rate, etc. Dynamic analysis highlighted the time value with funds, in which all time factors about funds or capitals have to be put into consideration if this method is used and in operation. The dynamic way is closer to the project than static anaysis, having much better and reasonable features. To this effect dynamic analysis method is especially adaptable to the large or middle size in reforming items on pump operation economically and energy-saving.
