农民专业合作社是在市场经济条件下,为解决农户小生产与大市场之间的矛盾而成立的一种合作经济组织。它在促进农业增产、农民增收等方面发挥了重要作用,但在发展过程中也存在不少问题。《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》的颁布为其规范化发展提供了法律依据,同时应该加强政府扶持力度,严格遵循市场经济规则。

Farmer specialized cooperative is a cooperative economic organization established to resolve the contradictions between the farmers＇ small production and the big market. It has played an important role in the increase of the agricultural products and the farmer＇s income, but some problems still exist in its developing process. The issue of ＂Law of Farmer Specialized Cooperative of People＇s Republic of China＂ has provided its standardization with legal supports. Meanwhile, it＇s necessary to strengthen the support of the government and comply with the rule of the market economy.
