摘要
本文从博弈的角度,对证券投资基金运作方式的委托代理关系进行分析,构建了基金委托代理的博弈模型,并通过分析得出相关结论。
This paper analyze the Principal-agent relationships involved by securities investment fund from the view of game, setups a game model, and draws some conclusions.
