电导法快速测定涤纶长丝含油率

ELECTRONIC-CONDUCTIVE METHOD FOR MEASURING THE SPINNING FINISH CONTENT OF PET FILAMENT YARN

研究了用电导法测定涤纶长丝含油率,该方法是基于将纤维上的离子型表面活性剂用去离子水溶解下来,测量洗涤液的电导率,根据标准曲线计算出纤维含油率,可省去纤维烘干、恒重等步骤,大大缩短了测试时间。将该法用于辽阳石油化纤公司纤维一厂涤纶长丝含油率的测定,获得满意结果.

For measuring the spinning finish content of PET yarn,the conve-ntional methodin our country is organic solvent extraction by weight which need long time,compl-icated procedure and high cost with more poison.To solve these problems,the elect-tonic-conductive method is studied,with which the procedures of drying and balantingof the yarn can be omitted,and the measuring time can be greatly shortened.Thesteps of this method are as follows:dissolving the ionic surfactantf rom yarn withdeionized water,then determing the conductivity of the washing liquid,finally,calculating the spinning finish content based on the standard curves.This methodis used in No.1 Fiber Plant of Liaoyang Petrochemical Co.with satisfactory results.
