C-Reactive Protein and Its Polymorphisms with Coronary Heart Disease
摘要
冠心病（coronary heart disease，CHD）是人类发病率和死亡率最高的疾病之一。研究显示，炎症反应与CHD的发生、发展密切相关，而C反应蛋白（Creactive protein，CRP）是系统性炎症的一个标志物，现仅就其多态性与冠心病的相关性予以综述。
