白塔镇农业循环经济基础评价和障碍度诊断

Basis Evaluation and Obstacle Amounts Diagnosis on Agricultural Circulation Economy of Baita Town

本研究以区域为例，用层次分析法（AHP）和加权函数法，通过因子贡献度、指标偏离度和单项指标障碍度三个指标对白塔镇1996年-2005年的循环经济发展水平和障碍度进行定量分析，并在单项指标障碍度计算的基础上，进一步计算了2005年白塔镇农业循环经济发展评价的分类指标障碍度，指出了白塔镇的主要障碍因素。

This research took the region as an example, with analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and weighting function method, carried on quantitative analysis on the circulation economic development level and the barrier of Baita Town 1996-2005 through the factor degree of contribution, target deviation and single item target barrier. And on the single item target barrier computation＇s foundation, it further calculated the appraisal classified target barrier of agricultural circulation economy development of Baita town in 2005, pointed out the main obstacle factors.
