环境保护措施的非技术层面探讨——张家口市元宝山水源地污染的启示

Environmental Protection Measures from Non-technical Aspects——Inspiration from the Water Resources Pollution of Yuanbaoshan in Zhangjiakou

张家口市元宝山水源地被污染,导致上千人饮用水不足。相关部门调查研究认为,上游排污企业是主要污染源。此外,本地区居民不妥当的生活垃圾处理方式、农业生产中化肥的过量使用、不合理的粪池设置位置等等均加强了水源污染的严重性。本文从提高全民的环保意识、生态文明意识以及激励全民参与环保事务等非技术层面探讨了如何加强环境的保护与污染的治理。

Yuanbaoshan drinking water sources pollution of Zhangjiakou city made thousands of people lack of drinking water. The relevant investigation and study attributed the main pollution reasons to the upper enterprises which discharged waste water not up to the standard. In addition, improper solid waste treatment of local resident, excessive use of fertilizer in agriculture and unreasonable location of the sewage purifier all streathened the seriousness of the drinking water resources. This article discussed how to strengthen the enviroment protection and the pollution treatment from non--technical aspects of raising people＇s environmental protection awareness, raising ecological awareness and encouraging universal civilization to participate environmental protection issues.
