摘要
为了有效提高学校管理水平，本文试图从学校管理模式的研究为切入点，从而总结出较为科学的、行之有效的管理办法。文中所提出的“三个结合”，就是一种具有时代特色和创新理念的学校管理模式，可供教育工作者在实践中借鉴和参考。
In order to improve the level of school management effectively, the author tries summarizing more scientific and effectual methods of management by researching into the patterns of school man-agement. The Three Connections, which are presented in the article, just is the pattern of school manage-ment which is modern and innovative. It can be used and consulted by the educational staff in their actual teaching.
