摘要
远程教育具有教育的本质特征,又兼有工业化与服务的产业特点。远程教育中特殊过程的识别与确认,直接关系远程教育质量的保证与提升,是远程教育组织深入贯彻ISO9000标准的重点和难点之一。本文从ISO9000标准对"特殊过程"的界定和要求入手,结合华南师范大学网络教育学院贯标实践,就远程教育中特殊过程的识别和确认进行了初步探讨。
Distance education not only possesses the substantive characteristics of education, but also possesses the feature of “industrialization” and “service”. The identification and validation of Special Process in Distance Education is the key point of implementing ISO9000, which is related to the quality assurance and promotion. Based on the definition and requirements of Special Process according to ISO9000, and with the Standards Implementation practice of South China Normal University, this article discussed the problem of the identification and validation of Special Process in Distance Education.
