纤维声发射仪的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF FIBER ACOUSTIC EMISSION INSTRUMENT

纤维声发射仪是将声发射仪与纤维强力仪结合而成的一种新型仪器。在记录纤维拉伸时应力变化情况的同时,还能记录声发射信号。纤维声发射仪由测力、夹具、声发射检测、加力和记录五部分组成。具有特色的夹具既能牢固地夹持被测的纤维,又能将声发射信号有效地传给声换能器。应用该仪器对加捻 PET 长丝和棉纱的断裂过程进行了观察,能准确判断单丝的断裂。结果十分理想。

Fiber acoustic emission instrument is a new type of instrument which combinesacoustic emission with fiber dynanometer.This instrument can record not only thestress during yarn drawing,but also the acoustic signal.It consists of five partsincluding tension measuring device,jids,acousimeter,pull unit and recorder.Thecharacteristic jid can not only hold the yarn firmly,but also transmit the acousticsignal to the acoustic transverter.By using this instrument,the breaking coursesof twist PET filament and cotton yarn were observed,the single yarn's breakingcould be measured accurately.
