摘要
目的研究自身免疫病的发生与造血干细胞的关系。方法建立实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎动物(EAE)模型,研究不同大鼠品系对EAE诱导的敏感性,然后将EAE抵抗大鼠(Wistar)的去T细胞骨髓移植给EAE敏感大鼠(Lewis)或将Lewis大鼠的去T细胞骨髓移植给Wistar大鼠,观察受体鼠对EAE诱导的敏感性的变化。结果Lewis大鼠对EAE诱导高度敏感,而Wistar大鼠对EAE诱导具有抵抗性;当将Lewis大鼠的去T细胞骨髓移植给Wistar大鼠后,Wistar大鼠对EAE诱导变得高度敏感。与此对应,当Wistar大鼠的去T细胞BMCs被输入Lewis大鼠后,后者变得对EAE诱导具有抵抗性。结论不同大鼠品系对EAE诱导的敏感性与BMCS高度相关。
To investigate the relationship be-tween autoimrnne diseases and hemopoietic stemcells.Methods The animal model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) was established in order to investigate the sensitivity of dif ferent rat strains to EAE induction. The T-cell-depleted bone marrow cells of EAE-resistant rats were transplanted to EAE-sensitive rats or the T-cell-depleted bone marrow cells of EAE-sen-sitive rats were transplanted to EAE-resistant rats so as to observe the sensitivity change of re-cipients to EAE induction.Results The Lewis rats were sensitive to EAE induction, but Wistar rats were resistant. When the T-cell-depleted bone marrow cells of Lewis rats were transplanted into Wistar rats, the latter be-came sensitive to EAE induction. When the T-cell-depleted bone marrow cells of Wistar rats were transplanted into Lewis rats, the latter be-carne resistant to EAE induction.Conclusion The sensitivity of different ratstrains to EAE induction is closely correlated with their bone marrow cells.
