提升开放教育学员信息素养的途径探索

The Exploration of the Ways to Improve the Information Quality of the Students in Open Education

开放教育的特征要求学员具有较高的信息素养。然而,现状分析表明,开放教育学员信息素养亟待提升。笔者提出提升开放教育学员信息素养的三条途径:第一,培养学员强烈的信息意识与正确的信息道德观;第二,培养学员掌握丰富的信息知识;第三,培养学员信息获取、分析、加工、评价、创新以及运用的能力。

The characteristics of open education demand the students to have a better information quality. However, the analysis of the present situation indicates that the students＇ information quality should be improved badly. The author proposes three ways to improve the students＇ information quality： to cultivate the students＇ strong information awareness and correct information morality; to help the students grasp abundant information knowledge; to cultivate the students＇ ability of obtaining, analyzing, processing, evaluation, innovation and using the information.
