摘要
本文通过对科学发展观的提出及其内涵和基本要求的论述，阐明其不仅揭示和反映了经济社会发展的一般规律，同时也揭示和，反映了教育发展的基本规律。文章强调学校作为为电力行业和地方经济社会发展提供人才支持的基地，在当前进一步深入贯彻和落实科学发展观显得尤为紧迫和重要。
Through describing the proposal of Scientific Development Concept as well as its content and basic requirement ,the author stated that the Scientific Development Concept had not only revealed the general law of economic social development, but also revealed the basic law of education development. It was stressed in the article that as the base of providing talents for power industry and local economic ＆ social development, it is nothing more than urgent and important to further implement Scientific Concept of Development.
