摘要
采用光学解偏振法研究了几种 CDP、ECDP 的结晶动力学,用 X 光衍射法对其结晶度,微晶尺寸进行了研究。实验结果表明:CDP 的结晶速度比 PET 的结晶速度低,引入第四组分DMO 的 ECDP 的结晶速度进一步下降,而引入 DMS 或 PEG 的 ECDP 的结晶速度则有所提高,但仍比 PET 的小;CDP、ECDP 的结晶度均随共聚组分的引入及含量的增加而下降,而以(100)、((?)3)晶面为基准的微晶尺寸增大。同时将上述实验结果与共聚酯的不同化学结构相结合进行了分析讨论。
By means of polarimetry and x-ray diffraction,the crystallization kineticsand crystallization as well as microcrystalline size of CDP and ECDP was studied.The results show that CDP has slower crystallization rate that PET,that thecrystallization rate of ECDP with the forth component DMO decreases further,that of ECDP with component DMS or PEG increases a little,but still slower thanthat of PET,the crystallinity of CDP and ECDP decreases as the entering of cop-olymerizing component and the increase of its content,the microcrystalline sizeincreases on(100)and(113)crystal plane.
