摘要
异位肝移植(HLT)在某些良性肝病的治疗上有其独到之处,但目前大鼠HLT的实验研究进展缓慢,远不能适应实践发展的需要,为此作者建立了四种血供各异的大鼠辅助性部分肝脏异位移植(APHLT)模型,并对有关项目进行了观测。结果表明:建立的四种大鼠APHLT模型切实可行,手术成功率高(727%~800%),术后1周存活率超过625%,能够长期存活(>3个月),移植物有功能;所建立的四种模型移植肝血供特点各异,可用于肝营养、移植免疫等实验研究。
Heterotopic liver transplantation (HLT) owns some special benefits to the treatment of some benign liver diseases. We built up four models of auxiliary partial heterotopic liver transplantation (APHLT) with different blood supply pattern in rats and observed the related items postoperatively. The results revealed that the four models were feasible,with high operative successful rate (72.7%~800%),high survival rate one week postoperatively (>62.5),long survival time without complications (>3 months),and normal function of the grafts. In addition,the blood supply pattern of the grafted liver on different models is different,which can be used for the experimental study of liver nourishment and organ transplantation immunization.
