CD44v6在大肠癌中的表达与转移及预后的关系

The relation between expression of a CD44 variant containing exon 6 and metastasis and prognosis in colorectal carcinomas

为探讨ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达与大肠癌转移及预后的关系，对１０１例大肠癌存档石蜡组织标本进行重新切片，采用ＣＤ４４ｖ６鼠单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色（ＬＳＡＢ法）。结果发现ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、部位、组织类型无关；与Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期、淋巴结转移、其它脏器转移和根治术后复发有关；ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达阳性者术后生存率较表达阴性者低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明：ＣＤ４４ｖ６在大肠癌转移和复发中具有一定的作用，可能成为预测大肠癌转移和预后的生物学指标之一。

To evaluate the relation between expression of CD44v6 and metastasis, were tested prognosis in colorectal carcinomas, we tested paraffinembeded sections from 101 patients with colorectal cancer by labelled streptavidinbiotin (LSAB) immunohistochemical technique with antiCD44v6 murine monoclonal antibody (2F10). The results showed that there was no significant relation between expression of CD44v6 and patients sex, age, tumor size, location and histological type. The significant relation was seen between expression of CD44v6 and Duckes stage of the tumor, the lymph node and other organs metastasis, recurrence after operation. The patients with positive staining of CD44v6 had a lower postoperative survival rate than those with negative staining (P<0.01). The results suggest that CD44v6 plays a role in metastasis and recurrence of colorectal carcinomas, it may be one of the biological indicators for predicting metastasis and prognosis in colorectal carcinomas.
