摘要
目的:探讨升温速率及烧结温度对部分烧结氧化铝块的微观影响。方法:精细微米α-氧化铝经250MPa冷等静压成型,分别在1400℃、1450℃及高、低2种升温速率下烧结,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射进行微观形貌及相分析。结果:经低速率升温至1400℃烧结的氧化铝颗粒间接触较小,而经高速率升温分别至1400℃、1450℃和低速率升温至1450℃烧结的氧化铝颗粒间接触面积较大并形成颈部;高速率升温至1450℃烧结的试样X射线衍射图谱显示只有α-氧化铝相。结论:烧结温度、升温速率均会对氧化铝的微观形貌产生影响。高速率升温至1450℃烧结的α相氧化铝坯体中未见过渡态存在,符合临床要求。
Objective: To study the effects of sintering temperature and calefactive velocity on the partially sintered alumina. Methods: Sintered aluminan oxide (SAO) was prepared by fine micron-sized alumina powder, compacted via 250MPa moulding by isostatic pressing and then sintered at 1400℃ and 1450℃ respectively, as well as different kinds of calefactive velocity. Microstructures were observed by scanning electron microscopy and phase analysis were detected by X-ray diffraction. Results: There was sparse contact among alumina granules when pre-sintering alumina at a slow calefactive velocity speed to 1400℃. There was plentiful contact in other three groups. Only α - phase was found in XRD patterns sintered at 1450℃ . Conclusion: Both sintering temperature and the calefactive velocity speed influence the properties of alumina. Transitional phase of alumina was not found in XRD patterns sintered 1450℃, which meet the clinical need.
