摘要
"人才强校"战略的提出,使教师人力资本运营成为目前高校最为重视的问题。构建跟踪服务体制契合了高校人事工作从"管理"到"服务"理念的嬗变,是在目前高校事务性工作外包的新形势下,从战略管理的高度最大限度地发掘教师人力资本潜力、进一步深化高校人事制度改革、推进学校发展的重要举措。
With the stratagem of "developing the university by talents", how to run the human capital become a important problem. Supervising service is suited for the personal work of university which changing from "administer" to "service". Under the epiboly of personal work, supervising service can make the teacher exerting the max potential, accelerate the developmerit of the university, and construct the new system of personal work.
