中国传统养老伦理道德形成了"尊老"、"敬老"的社会伦理道德准则,但在今天市场经济条件下,传统养老伦理道德的宗法观念、和谐保守思想、人治制度、礼制机制和集体利益至上的价值取向与市场经济的法制意识、开拓精神、法制要求、平等竞争机制和个人合理私利的获取等发生了冲突,因此,我们要对传统养老伦理道德进行重新定位,积极发挥养老伦理道德在社会主义市场经济建设中的作用。

Chinese traditional ethic of pension comes into being social ethic moral rules as “honor the aged” and “respect the aged”. In today＇s market economy conditions, Traditional pension ethics＇ patriarchal concept, harmony conservative thoughts, people governing system, courtesy mechanisms and Value Orientation of collective interests above everything else have had the impacts with market economy＇s Legal awareness, pioneering spirit, and legal requirements, and equal competition mechanism and access to personal interests. Therefore, we have to reposition the traditional pension ethical rules, playing an active role of pension Ethics in building the socialist market economy.
