Nowadays financial shortages have been a vital issue which restricts the development of universities in our country. In order to resolve this problem, various methods of collecting money is becoming a trend and requirement in the development of universities, This thesis tries to make an analysis of the current situation of collecting money in universities and the difficulties involved in this process thus to provide some methods for the increasing of funds, such as international co-operation and co-operation between universities and enterprises.
