摘要
[目的]了解青岛市某区小学生早餐营养知识及行为,为学生的营养干预提供依据。[方法]采取整群抽样方法,对青岛市某区3所小学的3~6年级1543名学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查1543名学生,74.72%的学生每天都吃早餐,25.15%的学生不能保证每天吃早餐,0.13%的学生每天都不吃早餐;59.95%的学生早餐质量不达标,"时间不够"(占45.13%)和"没有食欲"(占28.21%)为不吃早餐的主要原因,19.18%的学生了解营养早餐应包括哪些内容;68.08%的学生吃早餐注重的是营养,25.17%注重味道;78.20%认为每天必须吃早餐。[结论]青岛市某区小学生对早餐的重视和营养知识均较欠缺,早餐质量也待改善,对该人群加强营养宣传教育十分必要。
[Objective]To study the students' breakfast nutrition knowledge behaviors and to provide the evidence of nutrition intervention. [Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted to a cluster sample of 1 543 primary scholar of three primary schools. [Results]Among the 1543 surveyed students ,74.72% of them have breakfast everyday, 25.15% of them couldn't guarantee to have breakfast everyday, and 0.13% of them never have breakfast, more than 59.95% of their break- fast couldn't meet the standard of the breakfast quality. The main reasons of not having breakfast are time insufficient (45.13%) and no appetite (28.21%). About 19.18% of the students know about the contents of nutrition break-fast. 68.08% of the students pay attention to the nutrition of the breakfast and 25.17% of them consider more about the taste of the breakfast. 78.2% of them think it is necessary to have breakfast everyday. [Conclusion]It is deficiency in nutritional knowledge and the recognition of breakfast among students in Qingdao. The nutrition education is necessary as to improve the breakfast quality.
