2005年菏泽市地方性氟中毒病区饮用水氟含量与改水降氟工程调查 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]掌握菏泽市地方性氟中毒(地氟病)病区饮水氟含量与改水降氟工程情况,为进一步做好地氟病防治工作提供依据。[方法]2005年10月,在菏泽市选择地氟病病区郓城县、巨野县和单县进行调查。[结果]3县合计检测922个村的饮水,氟浓度>1.00mg/L的752个村,占81.56%。3县有改水降氟工程257处,110处已报废(占42.80%);正常运行的147处工程中,水氟含量>1.00mg/L的116处。饮用水氟含量,巨野县的180份为(2.93±2.72)mg/L,单县的369份为(2.14±1.13)mg/L,郓城县的516份为(1.67±0.98)mg/L(P<0.01):改水工程报废病区的92份为(2.04±1.23)mg/L,改水工程正常病区的147份为(2.02±1.50)mg/L,未改水病区的830份为(2.05±1.58)mg/L(P>0.05)。[结论]菏泽市3个地氟病病区县仍有81.56%的村水氟>1.00mg/L,40%以上的改水降氟工程已报废。 [Objective]To investigate water fluoride content and the present status of water improving project in Heze citr,provide measures for controlling endemic fluorosis in future. [Methods]Water fluoride content and present status of water improving project in Yuncheng,Juye,Shanxian of Heze in Oct 2005 was investigated. [Results]Water fluoride content in 922 fluorosis villages was determined, water fluoride content in 752 villages was 〉1.00 mg/L, accounting for 81.56%;the highest water fluoride content was 11.22mg/L. Water fluoride content of 257 water-improving and defluori-dation projects had been determined, water fluoride content in 116 projects was 〉1.00 mg/L. Abandoned projects were 110 (accounting for 57.20%). Water fluoride content was (2.93±2.72), (2.14±1.13) and (1.67±0.98)mg/L in Juye (180) ,Shanxian(369) and Yuncheng(516). There were significant differences among them( P〈0.01). Water fluoride content in 92 water samples was (2.04±1.23), (2.02±1.50) and (2.05±1.58)mg/L in epidemic area with scrapped project,operating project and no water improving area. And there were no significant differences among them(P〉0.05). [Conclusion]Among 3 counties in Heze city,water fluoride content exceeded standard in 81.56% villages yet. Abandoned projects accounted for 57.20%.
