等规聚丙烯纤维的化学改性(Ⅱ)——Ⅱ氯化聚丙烯纤维的染色性及阻燃性

摘要 研究了氯化聚丙烯纤维的可染性,讨论了染料种类、染浴 pH 值,染色时间、纤维含氯量等几个主要影响因素.同时,对染色牢度、染色机理及氯化聚丙烯纤维的阻燃性作了探讨。实验结果表明,等规聚丙烯纤维氯化后,可用阳离子染料进行常规染色,且能够匀染和透染,具有良好的染色牢度;纤维的吸湿率随含氯量的增加而线性增加;纤维的阻燃性随含氯量的增加有显著的提高,纤维的含氯量达到2%时即可满足染色要求,但从应用的角度看,控制纤维的含氯量还要考虑其阻燃性、吸湿性及力学性能等因素。 Some important factors for dyeing of chlorinated IPP fiber such as types of dyes. PH value of dyeing bath,dyeing time and content of chlorine in chlorinated IPPfiber were tested.Meanwhile the dye fastness,dyeing mechanism and flame retarda-nee of chlorinated IPP fibers were studied.The results show:the chlorinated IPPfiber can be dyed in grain with excellent dye fastness by using cationic dyes;themoisture absorption and flame retardance of the fiber increase linearly with increaseof the content of chlorine in chlorinated IPP fibers.Low content of chlorine,about2%,can be adequate and sufficient for dyeing,but from the points of application andother properties,such as flame retardance,hygroscopicity and mechanical propertiesetc.,should be taken into account in the process of controlling chlorine content.
