摘要
[目的]了解和掌握章贡区食品卫生质量状况,找出存在的主要问题。[方法]对2000~2006年7类食品的检测资料进行分析。[结果]2000~2006年共检测样品8192份,合格的5738份,合格率为70.04%。合格率2000年最高(75.21%),2006年最低(67.58%),不同年份间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);乳及乳制品合格率最高(81.06%),肉制品的合格率最低(44.43%),不同种类食品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]章贡区7类食品的总合格率偏低,且呈下降趋势,部分食品存在严重的食品安全问题。应针对食品卫生薄弱环节加强管理。
[Objective]To understand the status of food hygiene in Zhanggong district, discover the problems. [Methods]Examination data of 7 kinds of foods tested from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed. [Results]Of the 8192 food samples tested from 2000 to 2006,5738 samples were up to standard,accounting for 70.04%. The qualified rate was the highest in 2000 (745.21%) and the lowest in 2006 (67.58%). There was a difference in the qualified rate in different years( P〈 0.01). The qualified rate of milk product was 81.06% ,while meat product was 44.43%. There was a difference in the qualified rate in different foods( P〈0.01). [Conclusion]The qualified rate of the 7 kinds of foods was lower and it was going down. Ganzhou has many problems with regards to food safety. Supervision on food hygiene must be strengthened.
